Once the trade account is activated and we have received the third party authorisation form, the business operator/non-director now has access to act on the director's behalf. This means they can manage customer accounts, process invoices and more.
Next time you place an order with your supplier, they will bill your Trade Account, you approve the invoice and Shift will pay them the next business day. Your bank account will then be direct debited at a later date according to the terms offered by your supplier.
