How are Business Overdraft drawdowns requested?
The client logs in to Shift Online and transfers the funds to their linked account. You can view the customer steps here.
What happens if my customer does not use the Business Overdraft
If the account is not used, the customer only pays the applicable annual fee, no interest applies.
