Frank previously worked at Deutsche Bank within the Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities (FICC) division of its Investment Bank. He has a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.

Eldar has more than 15 years of experience in leading technology and product. He has previously worked at OFX, Telstra and TeliaSonera, scaled technology, built new products and led large digital transformation programs. He has a Bachelor of Computer Science and a Diploma of IT Executive from KTH Royal Institute of Technology of Stockholm.

Paul has almost two decades of experience in risk, analytics and product development roles in both banks and non-bank finance companies. He holds a double Bachelors degree in Laws and Commerce, Finance & Accounting from the University of Adelaide.

At Shift, she is responsible for communicating everything from product innovations to customer-focused operations to building our brand and creating advocacy. Alex has degrees in journalism, marketing and communication, and previously was the Head of Marketing for the Business Bank at Macquarie.

Annette has 20+ years experience managing People & Culture transformation locally and regionally for both large multinationals as well as start-ups across industries such as technology, lending, fintech, Professional Services, construction, FMCG & chemical. Annette holds a Postgraduate degree in Employment Relations from the University of Technology Sydney.
