GetCapital launches new broker platform

29 July 2021

Sydney, Australia – 29 July 2021 – GetCapital has launched its new Broker Platform, speeding up the process for brokers looking to match their customers with the right business products, while enabling swift access for new brokers to the GetCapital network.

With the new platform and simplified online process, brokers can connect their customers with GetCapital financial solutions in as few as eight clicks.

According to GetCapital Sales Director, Kristian McCausland, this process is one of the simplest in the business finance space and does away with wasted time for brokers.

“While speed isn’t the only factor brokers and their customers should be looking at when it comes to choosing financial solutions, brokers tell us anything that saves time and cuts down on administration is a good thing,” said Kristian.

“One of the main pieces of feedback we receive from brokers is how easy it is to join our network and do business with us. With our new platform and tech investments, we’ve made brokers’ relationships with GetCapital even easier.”

Access the GetCapital network in a few simple steps

Rather than going through traditional accreditation processes which can sometimes take weeks, brokers looking to access the GetCapital network can now complete a few simple steps online. Once validated, brokers can then immediately start offering GetCapital products to their customers through the platform.

Ease and visibility when matching customers with GetCapital products

GetCapital’s new broker platform also simplifies the process for brokers looking to match their customers with GetCapital’s range of business finance products. New features include:

  • Eight-click process – an application can now be completed by a broker in minutes without filling out lengthy forms, often in eight simple steps
  • ABN lookup function – the platform integrates with the Australian Business Register (ABR) and Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) to significantly reduce manual input
  • Real-time updates – brokers can stay up-to-date on the status of all requests from their own personalised dashboard

When planning these new developments, Kristian said feedback from brokers clearly showed that what mattered most to them was: certainty around outcomes with no surprises along the way; visibility into the process; and simplicity, with only essential information needing to be submitted during the process.

“Our aim is to help brokers be as responsive as possible to their customer’s needs while growing their business,” said Kristian. “With our ongoing proprietary tech investments and expanding in-house development team, the platform is set to become an even more powerful and intuitive broker business tool over the coming months.”
